Hi, I’m Julie Falls

I’ve spent over 20 years in the people business. Starting out in agency recruitment, I quickly discovered the joy I felt matching people to the right job.

Since then, I’ve progressed my career in corporate HR; supporting companies across a diverse set of industries.

I’ve developed and led high performing teams and coached countless leaders to do the same.

I served as a Chief People Officer for 5 years and a Board Director for 3 years; and that same joy exists when I support people to succeed in their roles.

After spending time living in Canada, home is now South East England and when I’m not working I’m enjoying the theatre scene in London or walking 2 energetic labradoodles.
